ELIGIBILITY:

  • This offer is valid exclusively for the first 50 policies purchased between 05/03/2025 00:01 and 31/03/2025 23:59 ("Promotional Period").
  • Eligible policyholders will receive one (1) complimentary in-person consultation with our founder, Dr. Karan Mehta, which includes an exclusive diabetes health assessment and preview of our proprietary longevity algorithm.

REDEMPTION PROCESS:

  • Eligible policyholders will receive an invitation via email to schedule their consultation following successful processing of their third consecutive monthly premium payment.
  • Appointments must be scheduled using the provided booking link within 30 days of receiving the invitation. Appointments will be available for 3 months from invitation date.
  • At the time of booking, we will also arrange your complimentary visit to Arc for the same time at a time that makes sense. This will be communicated to you on confirmation of appointment.

TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS:

  • We will reimburse reasonable transportation costs to our Canary Wharf office up to a maximum value of £150 (receipts required).
    • A virtual consultation option is available for policyholders unable to attend in person. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange this alternative.

SESSION DETAILS:

  • The consultation will last approximately 45 minutes.
  • For the Arc session, please bring appropriate swimwear and a change of clothes. Towels will be provided at the facility.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

  • Participants will be enrolled in our Early Adopter Program, which includes invitations to testing sessions, product development feedback opportunities, and priority access to beta releases.
