Terms and Conditions – Promotional Offer

Eligibility

This promotional offer ("Offer") is available exclusively to new customers who purchase a life insurance policy through Blueberry Life ("we", "us", "our"). To qualify for the full reward of the Offer, customers must successfully complete the purchase of a policy, and ensure payment of the first twelve (12) consecutive monthly instalments without default. Only selected new customers who we sent these Terms and Conditions to will be eligible for the Offer. Customers who we did not contact about this Offer, or existing customers who currently hold or have previously held a policy with us are NOT eligible for this Offer.

In addition, the New Customer Offer (January 2026, Selected Customers) can be claimed by no more than one hundred (100) customers. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is for only new policies that are purchased on or after 1st January 2026 and on or before 31st January 2026. 

Offer Details

A customer, upon successful purchase of their first policy, will be entitled to Amazon.co.uk gift cards (“Amazon Gift Cards”) dispatched in portions as illustrated by the Terms and Conditions herein. The total value of the Amazon Gift Cards the customer is entitled to will depend on the monthly premium of the policy, as illustrated below:

  • £20 worth of Amazon Gift Cards if the monthly premium is £9.99 or less
  • £30 worth of Amazon Gift Cards if the monthly premium is not less than £10.00 and not more than £19.99
  • £50 worth of Amazon Gift Cards if the monthly premium is not less than £20.00 and not more than £29.99
  • £70 worth of Amazon Gift Cards if the monthly premium is not less than £30.00 and not more than £39.99
  • £90 worth of Amazon Gift Cards if the monthly premium is not less than £40.00 and not more than £49.99
  • £110 worth of Amazon Gift Cards if the monthly premium is not less than £50.00 and not more than £59.99
  • £130 worth of Amazon Gift Cards if the monthly premium is not less than £60.00 and not more than £69.99
  • £150 worth of Amazon Gift Cards if the monthly premium is not less than £70.00 and not more than £79.99
  • £170 worth of Amazon Gift Cards if the monthly premium is not less than £80.00 and not more than £89.99
  • £190 worth of Amazon Gift Cards if the monthly premium is not less than £90.00 and not more than £99.99
  • £200 worth of Amazon Gift Cards if the monthly premium is not less than £100.00

Reward Selection and Fulfilment

a) The first £20 of Amazon Gift Cards will be sent after we receive the 3rd instalment from an eligible customer. The remaining balance in Amazon Gift Cards (if there is any) will be sent to the customer after their 12th instalment has been successfully processed.

b) If the customer’s policy is cancelled before we receive their 3rd or 12th monthly payments, they will no longer be eligible for any portion(s) of the reward that is/are yet to be dispatched. It may take an additional thirty (30) days for a reward to be dispatched each time.

c) Only one reward may be claimed per eligible policy.

General Conditions

a) This Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at our sole discretion without prior notice.

b) In the event of suspected fraud, misuse or other breach of these terms, we reserve the right to withhold or cancel any reward.

c) This Offer is non-transferable and is only valid for policies purchased directly through Blueberry Life.

d) The Amazon Gift Cards are subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions. We are not liable for any issues relating to the redemption or use of the Amazon Gift Cards once issued.
e) This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any of our promotional offers. 

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
